Note: Commercial Applications require a $75.00 registration fee. Incorporated Non-Profit/Municipal require a $25.00 donation. Nonprofit Organization - Incorporated; An incorporated non-profit organization (NPO), also known as a non-business entity, is dedicated to furthering a particular social cause or advocating for a shared point of view. Non-profits are tax exempt or charitable.
What is an Unincorporated NonProfit Association; Local sports teams and groups mostly. A non-profit corporation can be a church or church association, school, charity, activity clubs and in some cases a sports association.
Evidence of vehicle insurance may be requested during the parade staging.

The applicant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend any action against the May Day Task Force, the Rotary Club of Port Coquitlam Centennial including its members and the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam from and against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of its participation in the Port Coquitlam Rotary May Day Parade.
